 Can you make sure first that the tree is complete by running cvs up -dP?
 Aftwards please remove bootstrap/work and start the process again.
 Depending on your environement, please also remove a possible incomplete
 prefix and pkgdb. If you are using a non-default compiler, please
 remember to tell bootstrap about it.
