 Namazu is only package possibly using MeCab in pkgsrc and it expect
 that charset of the dictionary is euc-jp.
 So I select euc-jp now.
 I don't think it is better than now.
 If select utf-8 option, it does not work with Namazu, confuse the user.

 MeCab already can select dictionary:
 * In system-wide config file
 * Create application-specific config file and use it with --rcfile=3DFIL=
 E.
 * Specify with --dicdir=3DDIR
 and it have API to detect charset of the dictionary.
