 I don't like to select a charset at compilation time.
 If so, all application must use same charset and binary package user can't 
select it.
 
 I prefer to allow to install multiple dictionaries with different charset.
 But if so,  we must change setting of applications to select certain 
dictionary.

 I hope for something a good method of settlement of it.
