 I solved the bug easily removing the patch-an file from the php5 directory 
 in pkgsrc tree.
 After that the php-5.2.5 and
 ap2-php5-5.2.5
 compile without problem.
 The problem iseems t obe that the substitution of strings @CGIDIR@ in the 
 patch do not take place.
 
 Info: compilation error of php5 package on linux platform 2.6.23.16-smp 
 (voltalinux-current/slackware-current)
