 Yes, but shouldn't be neccessary anymore now that the bmake package can
 be configured with --defshell. I will g/c the comment in OSF1.mk.
 Unfortunately ksh has it's own set of bugs on OSF/1 so it's not an ideal
 choice for a default shell either.
