 The runtime is just too large to let it stop for a single failure --
 if it found all problems in 5 seconds and then stopped, it might be a
 different problem, but since it does run for quite some time, I agree
 that this shouldn't stop the bulk build.
 
 It can still do useful stuff for the other 100s of packages that are
 likely in it, and an error in a log file should be sufficient to find
 the violating packages.
