GNU/Linux

>Description:
The pkgfind package fails to build on Linux systems because NO_CONFIGURE is set
in its Makefile. Because NO_CONFIGURE is set, the "pre-configure" target
defined in inplace.mk by the libnbcompat package gets skipped and libnbcompat
doesn't get configured or built. Removing NO_CONFIGURE=yes corrects the
problem on Linux.

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to build pkgfind under Linux.
>Fix:
Remove NO_CONFIGURE=yes
