When removing a package, pkg_delete should remember all directories where files 
have been removed, and at the end try to remove these directories if they are 
empty.

This would make many @dirrm lines in PLIST files superfluous. It would also 
make the *-dirs packages needless, as far as I have understood the concept 
behind them.

Packages that need an empty directory under $PREFIX then need a way to 
explicitly specify this. I expect the number of these packages to be fairly 
small.
