devel/python24's configure script checks for -lreadline.  IMO, we should  
include devel/readline/buildlink3.mk to satisfy this.  I use GNU readline by 
default on NetBSD, so I don't know whether or not NetBSD's implementation will 
suffice.

Perhaps add an option/include by default only if built-in?
