when compiling xterm, the compile fails for charproc.c because of a missing 
definition of fd_mask.

Try to compile xterm from pkgsrc on Darwin
>Fix:
If you change xterm.h to use the defined XFD_COPYSET and Select functions 
instead of including Xpoll.h, it will compile fine.
