 The problem seems to be libgssapi, libasnl, libroken added to
 src/osdep/unix/Makefile.gss by patch-aj.
 Manually removing the three lib references in the last line of Makefile.gss
 makes the code compile on Darwin.
 I am not sure if these library are needed and supported on other OSes.
 It appears that pkgsrc assumes that they are supplied by the OS?
