        I suspect that this is due to some uninitialized memory region
        (like lack of bzero), or something.
 
        Could you please post your .exrc and the result of ":set all"?
        you reported "some builds coredumps, some build doesn't".
         could you post pkgsrc "make" options, or environment variable
        ("printenv" from /bin/csh) of builds - i would like to know what
        triggers the problem.
 
         Unfortunately, i'm on sick leave and the doctor's instruction is
        "stay away from your computer, it is the source of the problem".
        I will try to fix the bug once the sick leave finishes.
