New release of net/totd available

Currently pkgsrc contains totd version 1.4. totd-1.5 has been released.  By
default, version 1.5 only contains some minor bugfixes, but optionally it can
be compiled with a small webserver so that it can be dynamically
controlled/configured. In pkgsrc, I advise this option also to be disabled
by default, but maybe a comment in the Makefile should indicate it is there.
The webserver support is compiled in when configure is given the option:

        --enable-http-server

Upgrading the pkgsrc entry should be trivial. SImply change the versionnr in
the Makefile and regenerate hashes. The totd version 1.5 builds the same as
version 1.4.
