x11/qt3-tools refers to dependency x11/qt3-libs that has been superceded by 
version 3.3.3 (without nb1)
The build routine tries to build x11/qt3-libs 3.3.3nb1 but fails, as the newer 
version 3.3.3 already is installed.

do "pkg_chk -v -a -u"


>Fix:
Changing the "BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED" line of x11/qt3-tools/buildlink3.mk
to finish with "3.3.3" instead of "3.3.3nb1" appears to work but I have no idea 
if this is a proper way to solve the problem, as this goes beyond
my technical competence.
