>Description:
        When you want clamav to run as a specific user (and not the default 
clamav user), you specify the user name in the configuration file (clamd.conf & 
freshclam.conf). The installed /usr/pkg/share/examples/rc.d/freshclamd uses 
"freshclamd_user" which overrides (and bypass) the conf file specification.
>How-To-Repeat:
        Set "DatabaseOwner vscan" in freshclam.conf and start the process.
        freshclam still runs as clamav.
