>Description:

in postgresql80-server/Makefile:

.if defined(USE_PAM)
.  include "../../security/PAM/buildlink3.mk"
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        --with-pam
.endif

$ make show-var VARNAME=USE_PAM
no

So the test fires and linux-PAM gets built.
>How-To-Repeat:
>Fix:
test variable value as well as presence

use ../mk/pam.buildlink3.mk instead, to pull in appropriate PAM version

Not able to test PAM myself.. not sure if there are compatibility
issues between variants.
