        pkgsrc/parallel/mpi-ch can be updated to 1.2.6 and fix to use ssh
>How-To-Repeat:
        1.5.2.2 with standard compile did not use the -rsh=ssh configure
        option, so it tried to use rsh even though it looked like it was
        going to use ssh.  
>Fix:
        Add -rsh=ssh to the configure options and update the package.

        An attempt at the update is found at

        (This attempt is working for me.   I'm not pushing it too hard
        yet.)
