        The distfile for chat/ircservices is not available at the master
        site (not even in the "old" directory), and not at any of the
        mirror sites - it appears to have been obsoleted before the
        recent pkgsrc version upgrade

        cd ..../pkgsrc/chat/ircservices
        make fetch
>Fix:
        Upgrade the package to 5.0.41 (from 5.0.40).
        That distfile does exist.
