        pkgsrc has Bidwatcher 3.13 which is unable to sync with the
        ebay server time. 

>How-To-Repeat:
        Start bidwatcher, stare at misleading alert and then find a
        stderr message that mentions we cannot get the time from ebay.

        Update to 3.15 -- nothing more than bumping the version number
        in the Makefile and update the checksums.
