cd /usr/pkgsrc/net/ntp4 && make update && cp -p /usr/pkg/etc/rc.d/ntpd
/etc/rc.d && /etc/rc.d/ntp start

... and nothing happens!
>Fix:
The path specified in the supplied rc.d script "ntpd" is incorrect: It tries
to start ntpd from /usr/pkg, but ntpd actually resides in /usr/pkg/bin, of
course.
