Can you provide more details? Which NetBSD port (and version) are you
using? Is it in a virtual machine or real hardware? Did you used the
"Create cryptographic volume (CGD)" option there? (because I see
no "create partition" option).

I may argue that it's pointless anyway. Because sysinst don't provide
any CGD setup interface at the moment. If you're wanting to install
NetBSD in a FDE setup you're pretty much forced to do that manually
