The related domain holders from and in the EU i mentioned did (and still 
doing while paying taxes for it in NL...) not "something illegal" in their 
(!) countries.

And nearly everything YOU may be doing is/may be get somewhere on this planet 
"illegal" while you just can hope that these legislations have no legal ties 
to your registrar / registry or his/her country...
