headless install amd64

Hi,

I'd like to install 10.1 onto baremetal over the network without
a monitor and without having to set up tftp. I envisage this
happening by booting to install media and then, crucially,
from another machine, ssh into it, then run the installer from
that ssh session as normal to install netbsd onto the hd.

In my searches I couldn't find a method like this. Is it
possible?
