Yes, that is what should have been fixed by:

distrib/sets/lists/debug/mi                     1.488 (parts of, via patch)

        fix debuglib setlists.
        [riz, ticket #114]

which was applied on dec 5.

The build cluster did not notice the issue as it does not use MKDEBUGLIB=yes.
