Failure while building libtiff - jpeg turbo not found while present

Hi,

while rebuilding tiff, I get this: [*]

I already removed jpeg and replaced it with libjpeg turbo

pkg_info | grep jpeg
libjpeg-turbo-3.1.2 Accelerated libjpeg with SIMD instructions

It is there!

What's going wrong?
