cdn down and is there any pkg mirror anywhere?

for the last few days cdn.netbsd.org seems flaky.  Receiving no response,  or the following:

   Error 503 first byte timeout

   first byte timeout

   Error 54113

   Details: cache-hhr-khhr2060026-HHR 1757360754 412896684

   Varnish cache server

tried from various machines at various remote IPs.  Occasionally I can get the file requested after many many attempts.

for example can't get:

https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/10.0_2025Q2/All/py313-qt5-5.15.11nb7.tgz

Searching for the file on Internet showed no duplicates anywhere, at least at first glance.  Is there no mirror?
