Which side of the connection did you switch to netbsd-10? Did it
work with netbsd-9.4 earlier?

the output if ifconfig -a and netbsd -rnf inet and netbsd -rnf inet6 
(of both sides) will also be needed to debug.

Also - the openvpn configurations of both sides.
