There are some gtk themes on pkgsrc but, usually they are not very up to date.
It's so simple to install and configure that it's not worthy packaging it. You can even have themes in your home directory and not system wide.
Configuration filrs depend on which gtk you're using. Gtk2 uses an rc dotfile while Gtk3 and 4 use settings.ini
The best way to learn is to spend sometime reading about this. Should be just a few Google/DDG searches away.
I found firefox-gnome-theme -- on github.
Is there anything if this stuff in pkgsrc ?
