Re: glibc

the problem is that i run netbsd 6.1.4 and when i try to compile glib it says that the glibc is tooo old

Evince is in pkgsrc and builds fine. No need for glibc.

It does need Gnome, and because of that, glib2. Yes, it is a confusing
name, but the "g" here stands for "Gnome" where the "g" in "glibc"
stands for "GNU" in "GNU system library for C". NetBSD has its own libc.
