mtpaint: small but useful painting and image editor program in pkgsr-wip

Hi,

I updated mtpaint in pkgsrc-wip and imported mtpaint-git, a package
of the development version. This is a program with small dependencies,
compiles really fast and consumes little resources. Nevertheless
it has nice features and I'm pretty sure that what most people do
with gimp can be done with it. It's customizable and totally
scriptable. I recommend to anyone curious to take a look at the
handbook: https://mtpaint.sourceforge.net/handbook/en_GB/chap_00.html
and check the NEWS file at https://github.com/wjaguar/mtPaint/.

Just in case someone was looking for something simple than gimp, but
useful. Maybe it finds its way up to the main pkgsrc repository.

Regards,
adr
