Hello,

Yes, you've found a regression caused by a code refactoring from twelve
years ago that mistakenly appended rather than prepended the -m
argument(s) to the search paths. I've fixed that in HEAD earlier this
evening, and will request a pull-up to the netbsd-9 branch in a few
days, assuming no fallout (I don't think there should be any).
