I don't know all of those things you reference, but I would put the more
general computer science items before the C items, since those are much
more specific and detailed, and probably assume some general knowledge
already.

Specific about (Net)BSD, there is the classic "The Design and
Implementation of the 4.xBSD Operating System" by McKusick et al. It
seems you can download the 4.4 version now from the FreeBSD website:
https://download.freebsd.org/ftp/doc/en/books/design-44bsd/book.pdf
It is dated in many respects (in the sense that lots of code has been
added and rewritten in the mean time), but it covers pretty much all
parts of the kernel. And it's about an ancestor of NetBSD.

McKusic made an updated version about FreeBSD too.
