	Please remember network topology:

WAN----(wm2)----legendre----(agr0)-----LAN (hilbert, aristarque...)
                    |
                  (wm0)
                    |
               euclide (NAS)

When hilbert mounts euclide's iSCSI volume, iSCSI througput reaches
more than 900 Mbps. altqd should affect this throughput also.

	My altqd.conf :

tap0 and tap1 are OpenVPN's interfaces on wm2. Both openvpn daemons use
UDP packets.
