Acer desktops and sound output



Hi! Sorry for my bad English...

I am owner of two Acer computers that have generally proven to be good with NetBSD. But in Acer Aspire XC-895 audio output for some reason only works when connecting a cable to the back panel of the computer, audio output to the headphones on the front panel does not work. In preinstalled on Acer Aspire XC-895 Endless OS Linux, the sound is successfully output to the headphones on the front panel. In Acer Revo Box RN86, there is no audio connector on the back panel, the sound is successfully output to the headphones on the front panel of the nettop on NetBSD.

Is it possible to solve the problem of audio output to the headphones on the front panel of the Acer Aspire XC-895?
