How long's a piece of string?

Wear levelling just evens out the wear... surprise. It doesn't account for the overall wear.

I read a document many years ago, where a 4kb cluster size for a 1 GB SD and 4kb writes per N seconds (where N was below 10, can't recall), and the estimated life of the SD card was 80 years. So, go ahead and enable logging. At worst you probably shorten its life by a few years.

Of course, this all depends on the read/writing you're doing to the SD card. YMMV.
