RAID card issues

Hello, I have IBM Serveraid M1015 RAID card, which is a re-branded LSI
9260-8i. It has been working fine for a about a year, but in the last
few days it stopped initializing on power on. Normally you see LSI BIOS
loading and scanning for discs, but it fails to do that, as if the card
is dead. Power cycling machine several times sometimes gets the card
going and from that point on it works every time, even when power
cycling again. If I switch off the machine and come back hours later,
same issue occurs.

I've re-flashed to LSI Firmware and SBR, pulled the car out and tried
on a different machine, but the same issue occurs. I'm thinking it's the
hardware issue and I need a new card. Has anyone seen anything like
this before, perhaps with other RAID cards? I find it strange how
sometimes it powers on and sometimes it doesn't.
