pkg_add not working

I've set my $PKG_PATH to
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/7.0.1/All

Every time I run pkg_add git, I get,

  pkg_add: Can't process
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/7.0.1/All/git*:
  pkg_add: no pkg found for 'git', sorry.
  pkg_add: 1 package addition failed

How do I fix this?
