That's because that version is also flagged as having * an OPEN
multiple-vulnerabilities vulnerability" according to
ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/security/openssl/README.html

I don't think it's an error; just hasn't been patched yet.
