It is:

mfi0 at pci1 dev 0 function 0: vendor 0x15d9 product 0x700
mfi0: interrupting at ioapic1 pin 4
mfi0: LSI MegaRAID SAS PCI Express ROMB version 12.4.0-0012
mfi0: logical drives 0, 512MB RAM, BBU not present
scsibus0 at mfi0: 64 targets, 8 luns per target


No disks attached to it though (and bioctl now works too):

# bioctl mfi0 show disks
 Disk Model/Serial                   Status       Size       Location
=====================================================================
