I can see no IPv6 traffic at all. Do you mean tcpdump on gif0 shows no outgoing v6 packets tcpdump on xennet0 shows no outgoing tunneled packets tcpdump on xennet0 shows no incoming tunneled packets (when you ping from somewhere else) tcpdump on gif0 shows no incoming packets taken out of the tunnel or something else?
