NetBSD 5.1 i386 bktr radio not configured

Hi,

I upgraded my desktop system to 5.1 and now my bktr radio device no longer
works.  It is found by kernel:

bktr0 at pci4 dev 0 function 0
bktr0: interrupting at ioapic0 pin 16
bktr0: Hauppauge Model 44914 C121
bktr0: Hauppauge WinCast/TV, Philips FR1216 PAL FM tuner, remote control.
radio0 at bktr0
vendor 0x109e product 0x0878 (miscellaneous multimedia, revision 0x11) at pci4 
dev 0 function 1 not configured

but when I try to use it:

# radioctl -f /dev/radio0 -a
radioctl: /dev/radio0 open error: Device not configured

Used to work just fine under 5.0..
