Hello i found me solution
My configuration it's Windows 7 with Xming and Putty connecting to NetBSD over 
ssh -> Xterm send to ->Windows Xming Client.

to change now the appl. language to CH for me are following solutions
:0 -clipboard -multiwindow -xkbmodel pc105 -xkblayout ch
