I made some test with bonnie++

I see on my own Desktop running NetBSD under KVM, block sequential
output drops from 60 MB/s on bare hardware to 6MB/s on in the
virtualized NetBSD. OTOH sequential in block sequential input changes
drops 80MB/s to 50 MB/s.

Not very good, but I can live with that, and a bit of noatime in
/etc/fstab considering I am not going to do run OLTP software there (
but ffs fsck will be for sure painful )
