Hi Tobias, 

Yeah, it is odd.  I tried it out on my freebsd desktop using their port version 
and on my mac (just because I wasn't sure if it might be something specific to 
my setup/machine) and the problem doesn't exist, maybe it's a pkgsrc issue. In 
the mean time, i'm just using gnupg 1.4.
