Delete some stuff in /usr/share, HTML manuals etc.

Your /etc/mk.conf should contain:
POSTFIX_USE_SASL_AUTH=YES

You need also cyrus-saslauthd from pkgsrc and the authentication plugins like 
cy2-plain, cy2-crammd5 etc.
