qemu segmentation fault

Hi!

I try to start qemu with the tap option:
    qemu -m 256 -net nic -net tap debian.img

But then a segmentation fault occurs (the tap device was previously
created with "ifconfig tap0 create"). I use NetBSD 5.0_STABLE / amd64.

Any ideas?
