I think you'll have a problem here: xenkernel 3.3.1nb1 needs a amd64
or i386PAE kernel, so the only option for 5.0 is amd64 (i386PAE dom0
support is only in current). As you 4.0 dom0 installation is probably
a i386 (if you have backported amd64 support to netbsd-4 let us know :)
it's not only an upgrade but a i386->amd64 switch.
