netbsd under bochs

Hey,

Does anybody have a reasonable ~/.bochsrc for booting the NetBSD
i386cd.iso of 5.0RC_1 ?  I can't seem to get the keyboard rate right.  I
bumped keyboard_serial_delay to 5000 and can't seem to determine a
difference to the default (250), and I don't know what other knobs to
turn...
