Over the last 3 months FreeBSD has been pumping a tremendous number of
new PCI IDs into the mfi(4) driver.

We'll need to catch up.

We also need LSI/AMI/QLogic to write a management CLI compat with the
*BSD /dev interface.

Running GNU/Linux compat for MegaCli on production servers is not
acceptable.
