Any idea what this could.. I have replaced 3 drives on the server.. This is an HP DL385 I move the drive to another location on the bay and still see
the problem...

The error is clear enough; the drive has gotten so many failed sectors that it has run out of spares and is now losing data sectors without replacement. Replace ASAP. Moving the drive to a different bay is not useful.

If you've already replaced drives before, there's likely to be a correlation with some environmental problem like inadequate cooling (if your drives run hot, above 35-40 C, they fail *much* more quickly) or perhaps a lot of dust/smoke/plaster dust/etc in the air.
